Yes! We do our best to operate sustainably—for example, we reuse rainwater for flushing toilets.

Our volunteers organize events three times a week (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). Want to explore Czech pubs? Join our pub crawl! Prefer a cozy evening? Come to our movie nights—we have a big screen, great sound system, and free popcorn.

If you’d rather explore on your own, just ask at reception—we’ll be happy to recommend places to visit.

Yes! Right under the hostel, you’ll find Craft Beer Bar Hákovna, offering a wide selection of beers and special brews. Our guests also enjoy a 10% discount.

Bedsheets are included in the price of every room. Towels are provided in the private rooms. Hostel guests can rent/purchase towels at reception.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

We do accommodate underage guests in our hostel, and parental consent is not required for their stay.

We always do our best to accommodate bunk bed preferences. While we can’t guarantee it in advance, as it depends on availability and our housekeeping schedule, we’ll note your preference on your reservation and do our best to assign you a lower bunk.

To get to Luma Terra from the airport, you have two main options:

1. Uber (Official Taxi Provider)
The only official taxi service at the airport is Uber. You can book a ride directly through the app and catch it from the designated pick-up area outside the terminal. Please be cautious of taxi scams and use only Uber, as it's the authorized provider. The ride to our hostel should cost no more than 800 CZK (approximately 32 €).

2. Public Transportation
For a more budget-friendly option, you can take public transport. You’ll need a 90-minute ticket, which costs 50 CZK and can be purchased at the stop right in front of the airport. Please ensure that you validate (stamp) the ticket when boarding the bus, as it's not valid without stamping. You do not need to re-stamp it for the metro - just keep the original ticket with you.
Here’s the route:
Take Bus 59 from the airport to "Nádraží Veleslavín"
Transfer to Metro Line A and ride to "Muzeum"
From there, you can either:

• Walk about 10 minutes to the hostel
• Or switch to Metro Line C for one more stop to "I. P. Pavlova", which is just a 2-minute walk from us

Yes, self-service laundry facilities are available at the hotel.

Yes, we offer free luggage storage.

Yes, we have a shared kitchen fully equipped for guest use. In our apartments, private kitchens are included.

Yes, breakfast is served every day from 7 to 10 AM as a buffet. The cost is 250 CZK per person per day (10 EUR).

If you wish to extend your check-out time, we offer a late check-out option (until 13:00 - 1 pm) for 360 CZK (approximately 15 €).

Our standard check-in time begins at 14:00 (2 pm). While we always do our best to accommodate early check-ins, it depends on our availability and the housekeeping schedule on the day of your arrival, so we unfortunately can’t guarantee it in advance.

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and can't be reserved in advance. The cost is 500 CZK per night (approximately 20 €).
If our parking garage is full upon your arrival, we recommend the following nearby alternatives:
P+R Congress Center – A convenient and budget-friendly option where you can park for 200 CZK per day (approximately 8 €). It's located just one metro stop away from us.
Mr. Parkit – A private parking service offering several garages around the city at various prices. Please note that bookings must be made in advance through their website: mrparkit.com.

Yes, all dorm rooms have lockers, but please bring your own lock, or you can purchase one at reception for 100 CZK (4 EUR).

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Yes, our reception is open 24/7, so you can arrive anytime.
